Excellent product; works very well; no side effects…cheaper here than other sources.
Originally, I purchased these at GNC where they are about $7 more per bottle. I was skeptical about their effectiveness but they came highly recommended to me. I occasionally have mild to moderate trouble falling/staying asleep and was hoping that these would be of benefit. After reviewing the list of ingredients (there’s nothing funny in them), I decided to give them a try. I took one and laid down on the bed to watch a movie….30 minutes later I was fast asleep and did not awake until the next morning. I was fully refreshed with NO grogginess or any other apparent side effects.I had the same results 29 more times with the remainder of my first bottle. I did not use it every night…perhaps four out of seven on average. I did not experience any negative effects on those evenings when I did not take it nor during daytime hours. I have now replenished my supply via amazon and will continue to do so in the future.I have since recommended this excellent product to others and do so to you.

Life saver
I love this natural sleep aid. I don’t know what I will do without it. It helps me a lot in getting me to sleep whenever time I want to. And the result is I’m happy and not tired working 8 hours! I’m happy and I’m not tired driving to work and home. SLEEP is a very important necessity in life because without sleep your day is not 100%! You start to feel tired and not happy about working at all. You are a HAZZARD to society every time you drive in the street tired and sleepy! People start to become more “MATURE” when they start to value their sleep just above everything else (you sleep when it is time to sleep and not go out and have fun and worry about work and responsibility afterwards!) Somnapure makes me sleep in less than 30 minutes and would give me at least 6 hours of peaceful sleep any time I want to. More if I budget my time to 8 or 10 hours of do nothing but sleep!

Taste terrible, but worth it
As my review title says, they taste terrible, but they’re worth the temporary bad taste. Definitely do not smell them, or the bottle. I hold my breath, take one out, close the bottle, and take the pill before taking another breath. This helps. As far as efficacy and “addictiveness” I have found them very helpful and not at all addictive or habit forming. They suggest you take 2 pills, but I normally only take 1. I take 2 if I took a late afternoon nap and know I’d have an extra difficult time sleeping. I don’t take these every night; I don’t take them if I’m utterly exhausted and I don’t take them on nights that I am on-call at the hospital. I don’t have a problem with the size the pills are, but my sister would say they are large and she would have difficulty taking them. My mom introduced me to these, I was skeptical, but now I have them on the Amazon subscribe-and-save auto-delivery. Highly recommend!

Worked Decently
Somnapure worked decently for me. I would take it about 30-45 minutes before I want to sleep and it definitely makes me sleepy. Sometimes i simply could not fall asleep though so it was kind of hit and miss. On the nights that it does work, it works pretty good and i wake up feeling non groggy. So for me this worked decently, as i stated. My biggest issue was/is falling asleep.

This is wonderful..
This is wonderful….I was on ambien 10mg..however they lowered the dosage for women to 5mg, which did not do anything for me. I then in turn was put on different prescription medications for sleep that did not do a thing. I seen on AOL about this and decided to try it. I had to experiment with times to take it, but it works!!!!!! I live in Iowa and the stuff is selling off the shelves faster then they can get it, so that is why I had to start buying it on Amazon. Just make sure that if you are using any other prescription medications that you talk this herbal seeping aid over with your doctor first as some herbs counter act with some medications. Also I found from my doctor that if you are have any surgery at all and take this herbal sleep aid, you should stop taking it 2 weeks before your surgery as it can cause more bleeding. I had to do this when I had to have surgery to have all of my teeth removed…..

Did not work for me at all
This product was recommended to me by my doctor as I was not getting much results from melatonin pills or zzxquil. This was even worse. No results at all. I ended up getting out of bed at 12:30 am just to take a shot of zzzquil to try and get some sleep. They smell and taste like A%$! Will not buy again. Don’t waste your money.
