I’m sold on ALL the Force Factor vitamin candies/chews( these remind me of Now and Laters except these dont stick to your teeth ). The flavor is quite yummy. They definitely help me feel more relaxed and less irritatable with it all. Great deal even better since I’m subscribed to them monthly.

great – my daughter loves this works well for her – helps ease anxiety for her – I know about 5 others that use this themself or for their kids, but teenage kids or adult – check with doctor if taking other meds – my daughter takes in the morning.

I have been using these Ashwagandha for awhile but this was the first time to buy from a seller on Amazon. They were not wrapped in a square as every other time I have purchased them ( 18 months I have been using them) and the texture was definitely not the same. I will not purchase from this seller again as I have come to depend on ashwagandha and canât take a chance on less than the real product. I didnât notice a supreme difference from how I felt but have been using so long itâs effectiveness has increased they itâs longevity. But difference in taste, texture and wrapping make me doubt that this is the real product. 2.5 rounded up to 3.

I usually take one ashwa before sleeping. I must say I really love these ashwa bites! It makes me sleep better, sleep thru the night without waking up in the middle of the night, and wake up feeling rested! This has helped me with my stress and restlessness. I will keep buying these.
