Exceeding expectations
This device really exceeded my expectations. For a busy working woman, I struggle to find the time to get a professional facial. This tool not only works well, but it is also easy to operate and can complete a round of massage in a few minutes. After using it for about two weeks, I noticed that my face wheels were clearer and my skin firmed up. The most surprising thing is that it has significantly improved my neck wrinkles, and I am really happy to have this.

It has already had some effect
I bought this tool for my mom because she has been complaining lately that her skin is getting loose. I don’t really understand how this tool works or how it works, but from what my mom has been using for a while, it really seems to work!

Breaks as soon as you are pass the return date.
Battery ran out when I was using it. Plugged it in to recharge, light turned green after charging for a reasonable time, unplugged and put it away. When I tried to use it again it turned on but turned itself off as soon as I touched it to my skin. Tried plugging in again for awhile, same results – DOA. Don’t waste your money on this one. This was the 2nd charge and of course no longer eligible for refund.

This came not the way I was expecting. It came used and open. It was unsanitary and had a unpleasant smell. There was also a hair on it that was not mine. Oil and dirt markings as well. Very unpleased. It was not wrapped in plastic or anything.
