I am genuinely writing this reviewing after buying the product and using it daily for about 3 months. This is my honest review. I specifically got these Saw Palmetto pills as I was looking for ways to balance my hormones naturally (if possible). I am not diagnosed with PCOS, but I strongly believe I had it. After months of wondering why my hair is falling out, why I’m growing dark facial hair, and experiencing horrible acne on my cheeks. I discovered the problem was high testosterone.I did everything I could to help fix this. I changed my diet (ate vegan, eliminated dairy, basically cut out sugar), increased my water intake, did seed cycling, increased my vit D, took inositol, and several other supplements targeted for PCOS. I did this for 2 months. NOTHING.I understand rebalancing hormones does take a long time, but I knew I was going nowhere if I didn’t even see a slight improvement after this time. Then I read up on saw palmetto. I decided to stop everything I was doing and take this in combination with spearmint tea ( I let it sit for 30 min) on an empty stomach every morning and again in the evening.I noticed nearly immediate good results. Within a few days the cystic acne that would never leave although I did everything and was scarring my cheeks was improving and less painful. TMI but I also waited to pluck my facial hair after doing this 2 weeks to see how fast and dark my hairs would grow back. I kid you not my hair grew back in a lot lighter and it took longer for that hair growth to return. Before my facial hair grew back quickly in 2-3 days and was dark.I was amazed how quickly I saw results. This motivated me to continue daily. After a month I stopped having the cystic breakouts completely and although my hair did not grow in back to the villous white, it was thinner and less dark, and some areas stopped growing back in. I knew if I kept this up the hair would stop growing back in dark the more I plucked it.Because I knew this was balancing my hormones I decided to add turmeric to my daily routine to get rid of the hair growing back even better during the second month. I did it 2x a week. Around month 3 I can say I am not experiencing any dark hair growing in. They are thin and light. They still grow in but much slower.I believe PCOS is something that takes months to years to occur and reversing it (yes I believe it is reversible) is the same. I do not believe my symptoms will completely go away until I do this for 6months to a year consistently. My results are so dramatic I no longer even take the saw palmetto pill and spearmint tea twice daily. For regular upkeep. I only take saw palmetto daily because it’s easy to take with my multivitamin. I know take a tea every 2-3 days.I will return to seed cycling and maintain as healthy a diet as I can because I do believe PCOS is stemmed from a poor diet that ultimately throws off our hormones. No one is born with PCOS so the bad foods and lack of detoxing eventually build up.In short, if you are like me and you’re dealing with PCOS I highly recommend this product in combination with spearmint tea. It works best as a stand-alone a few weeks after if you want to see quicker results. But, you can still get results using it as a standalone product. I will always take this product to keep my hormones in check because I know even though I am changing my diet. I will still have my not-so-days and saw palmetto is an excellent buffer to remind your body to toss the excess testosterone.

Worth trying for hair loss
This is a product where I just HAD to come back and share my experience. I’m a 26yr old female experiencing hair loss, currently going to the doctor to figure out underlying reason. I decided to do some research and see what I could do to save my hair. I came across vitamins called “Nutrafol” and immediately said no bc they are 90 DOLLARS. One of their main ingredients however is saw palmetto. I saw this vitamin and decided to give it a try since it was under $15. Within a MONTH, maybe even less, I started to notice less hair fall and new hair growth. Mind you I am also using 5% minoxidil, mielle rosemary oil, and collagen supplement but it’s easy for me to pinpoint the benefits of this bc I started it after these. My NEW hair growth is noticeable. These are absolutely worth the money and worth a try!!! For $15 it’s little to no risk. BE WARNED: if you are a woman these will cause new hair growth everywhere, not just the top of your head 😂 my mustache and peach fuzz on my face is a little thicker but to me it’s 100% still worth the amazing results. I hope this review encourages a person who was like me feeling hopeless and scared about losing my hair. These are worth a try 🙏🏼

It revived the libido in no time!
I don’t know if there is hair regrowth yet, but an unexpected result was a resurrected libido! I was pleasantly surprised to discover increased libido only a week after I started taking the pills. I would say that it has also helped me to sleep cooler at night. I elected to take the recommended dose of 3 pills at a time. I took them with a meal. I did notice that sometimes it very quickly actives a bowel movement but not every time. Also after I had been taking it for a week I woke up and noticed my scalp was tingling. I read up on it and learned that people applying a mask of Palmetto to the head normally experience this, but found it hopeful that the cells were getting more circulation and it might be stimulating hair growth. The smell of the pills is very palatable and does not cause gagging. Overall I am very happy with adding this supplement to my daily routine. I will update if hair thickening or regrowth is observed.
