I was a little skeptic about this product as I wanted to try it as a boost to my circulation issues. After some lengthy research on different brands, I settled on this particular product. Did the recommended two capsule per day intake and by the 4th day, I actually felt my mind was sharper, muscle recovery after a few brutal workouts were much better, lost 4.7 pounds without even trying. Overall, felt more rigorous and energized in every activity from the gym, on the grappling mats, to principal home activities of yard work, etc. Easy to swallow capsules, with no side effects. For me, I feel a difference and will re-evaluate at a later date when I’ve consumed this product every day for a long period to see if the results were still effective. So far so good.

This blend worked for me at a price point that is hard to beat. What more can I say than the ingredients and their portions are what matters most ad that’s what I looked for when I purchased. You get a standard 1-month supply if used at the directed portioning of 2 capsules per day. I’ve wanted a supp that didn’t cost more than ~$15 per month and could work with the written portions rather than having to take double or more. I have added this to my daily stack and noticed increased sustained energy and that pays tremendous dividends with my busy schedule. Let’s address my overall health. I’m technically obese at 5’4″ and 180lbs. My BMI has my ideal weight at ~145/150. After i take 2 capsules daily as suggested by blood pressure drops from the range 140/150 to 125/135.I waited 3 weeks before post the review to make sure of the results. If a day i do not take the capsules , pressure rise again.
