i donât normally buy waterproof mascara because my previous brand of eye makeup remover did not do a good job and i hated how it pulled the delicate skin under my eyes while i was using it. This remover works well on my waterproof mascara. Itâs light weight and not greasy and gets the eyeliner and mascara off quickly. Itâs a keeper and the value for the money is great.
