Great preworkout!
I use this before my runs for the energy boost I get from caffeine. I look for 3 things – flavor, energy boost, and not causing stomach problems on my run. This ticks all my boxes. The flavor was great, the caffeine worked on me, and I could take it 30-40 minutes before my run and did not run into an GI issues.

Good preworkout or energy supplement (not just for women!)
I like that this energy / preworkout supplement has only a few key ingredients. I have taken it as a pre-workout, but it also works well if I need some extra energy at work or in the morning! The other thing I like about this supplement is that it mixes very well. There is never any grit left in the bottom of my glass! This mix tastes good as well. It is not overly sweet and has a light strawberry flavor. My only issue with this supplement is the questionable accuracy of either the label on the product or the description. In the description of this supplement it states that each serving (1 scoop) contains 225 mg of caffeine, but according to the label, each serving contains only 125mg. That is a substantial difference! I would say that this most likely contains 125mg per serving because usually I feel a little jittery if I consume more than 200mg of caffeine in one drink. I also don’t understand why this is marketed as a women’s product. It would be fine for men too.

My wife loves the flavor
My wife loves the feeling she gets with no crash. She blends this with her greens and says she loves the flavor and pick me up throughout the day. She uses it before and after some work outs. Not grainy or clumpy. Worth the purchase.

Great preworkot
I take this in tge afternoon before I get off work. It takes a while for it to kick in in my body. Usually I just want to go home and take a nap. But after taking this I always make it to the gym. I love the flavor but it is too sweet for me. I am really sensitive to sweetness. Over all this is a great try.

Start with half a dose..
My husband and I were able to try this and I must admit that it was very effective when it comes to endurance training! I was pleasantly surprised by how much they helped us with our endurance and strength training during our karate class and at the gym. It has no aftertaste and are very easy to add to any drink. I would personally recommend to start with a half of the cup dose and work upwards to avoid any Jetters or shakes. Otherwise Iâd highly recommend giving this a try! You wonât regret it!

Refreshing taste and provides long-lasting energy
I often get tired by afternoon and was looking for an energy booster that’s not coffee. This is a refreshing alternative! The strawberry lemonade flavor is the ideal balance of sweet and tart. The instructions say to mix a scoop (included) with 8 to 12 ounces of water.The powder dissolves pretty easily in cold water, but requires a bit of stirring or shaking to fully dissolve. It creates a light pink clear liquid. A serving (30 per container) has 225 mg of caffeine. It includes some other supplement ingredients as well, all of which are clearly labeled along with amounts of each on the ‘Supplement Facts’ label. This also contains coconut water concentrate.

Clean energy
This powder gives me a boost of energy without the dreaded crash. The powder mixed easily with water, and tastes like fruity lemonade. Iâve been using one scoop mixed with water before my workout, and it gives me the endurance and focus I need to get through tough lifting sessions. Iâve also taken this powder before work, as a substitute for coffee, and it gives me some extra energy without feeling jittery. Iâd recommend this powder. I didnât see anything in the ingredients that would lead me to believe that this powder is only for women. My husband tried this powder and really enjoyed its performance as well.
