It doesnât last long. It was a burst of warmth as it hit the stomach. It was not as spicy as I thought it might be. I like it so far. My stomach seems to be very soothed by this. Did not kick my reflux into gear either. I tasted mostly orange juice. I will keep using it and see how it goes!

Strong flavor. The digestive aid flavor tastes the best to me (hint of yoghurt) so I will continue to buy this one and just hope it also has a decent immunity boosting effect. I immediately felt a boost in digestion and energy. My sore throat also improved quickly after 2 days of taking these.The UPS shipping is less convenient, they get chucked into my buildingâs package room and I receive them at room temperature with melted ice packs unless Iâm able to wait around at home to refrigerate them upon arrival. For those based in New York, would be nice to have a more immediate method of delivery
