Please read the instructions first! Recommended is four per day, taken with water, before a meal.Now that this is out of the way, I’m very surprised about the flavor. Usually something “good for you” tastes weird or chalky or just “off”. This genuinely tastes like a gummy candy. I have no problem keeping these down.This comes with plenty of containers with plenty of these little guys inside, so no worries about running out anytime soon. If you are that worried, maybe consider going down to two a day?Either way, consistency and flavor are both great! Really impressed!

There are 122 reviews now and every one is by someone who got this product free. So here is the first real review. I bought this along with another electrolyte product which had 8,500 reviews and a 4.7 rating. The first problem with this product is that you canât read the contents label without a magnifying glass. But when you do read the label you discover that as far as content is concerned this is a highly adequate product for sweating depletion of electrolytes and everything else. I bought these looking for something to restore electrolytes during fencing competitions which cause rivers of sweat under three layers of Kevlar while engaged in extreme exercise. And I was looking for something easy to eat so while sweating bullets I would want to eat them.The pleasant problem with these gummies is that it is difficult to NOT eat them. I doubt that I will ever again cramp up after 8 hours of competition sweating as a result of electrolyte deficiency.I compared them with the chewable tablet product with 8,500 reviews. The gummies win. The tablets donât have chloride. Why anyone would buy the tablets for extreme sweating would have to be they are not very smart.I will update if I cramp while using the gummies. If I donât update you can assume I am happily savoring the gummies while sweating rivers for 8 hours with no cramping. Unless you have fenced you have no idea of what it means to really really sweat. Sweating fencing is like being in a moving sauna. Electrolyte deficiency cramping is a real fencing hazard. Hope that hazard is gone for me.
