I ordered the Black Suri toothbrush and this has changed the game! This is my first power sonic toothbrush, so didnât know what to expect but my gosh I am blown away! From the packaging to the product, it is has a high quality, minimalistic design. The body of the brush has a well balanced weight that feels light, yet solid in the hand. The neck and head of the brush allows for easy navigating and leaves your teeth feeling clean, polished and smooth. It comes with a magnetic holder to place on your mirror or shower, leaving your space clean and clutter free. I think it is also important to mention the environmental awareness and sustainability efforts that goes into their products, makes you feel like youâre helping to do your part. I can say that for the first time in (insert age here) years, I actually look forward to brushing my teeth. This has changed my oral care experience â thank you!

I really love the mission behind SURIâs toothbrush. The design is sleek and lightweight, and I love that they use recyclable, plant-based brush headsâit really aligns with my eco-friendly values. The battery life is great too, lasting a good amount of time before needing a recharge. My only small issue is that the brush head feels a bit too small for me. A slightly larger head would make it even better. But what really stands out is their fantastic customer serviceâtheyâre quick to respond and super helpful. This was my first electric toothbrush ever! I did plenty of research before the purchase and Suri checked all the boxes. I love there is a whole sustainability story behind it, that’s very important to me. Don’t waste your money, you can’t rely on this brush for a trip.
If I could give this product a zero, I would. I used it first on a 10-day trip, after charging ti fully, testing it out for a few days, and then charging it fully again. The trip would have been about 20 brushes. It didn’t not even hold the charge for that amount of time, and it claims that it lasts for 40 brushes. I used it again on a shorter trip, and this time, even though it was in the case, the brush turned on in my bag several times, seemingly with a short circuit. Now the brush does not charge at all, even though the light comes on on the brush. And I can’t get the brush to turn on at all. What a waste.

Best Modern Style and Easy Travel!
Got this toothbrush cause I had to replace my old toothbrush.Several key things I love about this -1) Simple, Elegant, and Efficient Design2) Amazing Battery life- I had to charge my older tooth brush at least every two days if not sooner. This is I only had to charge 1 in the last month.3) It comes with really cool accessories – I love that it comes with a base to charge at home – a part that can hang it up on a wall or cabinet out of the way and not on the sync (plus prob keeps it more hygienic). It also comes with a travel case, which is not bulky and can also sanitize my toothbrush while on the go.Can’t wait to see what they come up with next.

Customer service saves the day
Totally stopped working within a few months. I contacted the company for assistance and they never got back to me. Looks pretty, but itâs total junk and a junk company.Edit: So I am a space cadet, and they did in fact get back to me. I didn’t reply or even remember they responded because they were just repeating the same questions and suggestions in their automated product support. However, they have since gotten back to me and I received a full refund without prompting them.The toothbrush does look pretty and comes with a nice carrying case. And if it had continued working I would have been pleased, because it LOOKS quality. It certainly came with a higher quality price tag. I am still less than pleased about how fast it broke considering the $100 price tag but they have dealt with it better than I realized or expected.Edit: I must have gotten a lemon because the replacement one is all good

Great Toothbrush – Prefer over Sonicare
After going through several Sonicares that broke on me I decided to give this a try.I was used to Sonicare toothbrushes for years, so this took a little time to get used to but overall it feels as though it cleans just as good if not better than Sonicare. I will have to check with my dental hygienist to see what they think of the results but my teeth feel really clean.The battery lasts a long time, though I charge it every few weeks before a low battery notification comes on.It feels good in my hand. I like that they will repair it if it breaks.I like the magnet mirror mount too.

I love this toothbrush. I bought it to replace a very expensive Oral B that I just hated. This one is fairly quiet, is comfortable in my mouth, and is a beautiful shade of green. The charge lasts a very long time. I usually put it in a mirror mounted holder that has UVC, a heater and a fan to dry and sanitize, and the brush heads have held up well to this. I charge it every few weeks.It does a great job, and easily gets to everywhere that I need it to in my mouth, which the Oral B had a problem with.The best part – the magnetic brush heads hold TIGHT to the base. Normally, after brushing my teeth, I remove the brush head, and wipe down the spike that comes up from the base to help prevent mold and mildew. After using this for a few days I realized that I had forgotten to do this. After brushing my teeth, I pulled the head off, and it was bone dry underneath. Unlike most electric toothbrushes, there is no gap between the head and the body for water and toothpaste to collect in. MIRACLE!I highly recommend this brush. At this point, I view the fact that the battery can be replaced as a bonus for the future. The performance is the reward for today.

Wonderful design, feels nice in the hand and the magnetic stand is a great idea but just doesn’t clean teeth well. I have to scrub just as much as an ordinary manual tooth brush – the vibrations don’t seem to do anything.
