Wrong cord, can’t charge it
It came with a cord that doesn’t fit it, so I can’t charge it. It isn’t a standard USB cord, either. I didn’t save the box (it showed up when I was trying to get recycling out), so can’t return it. Ugh. How do they package it with the wrong cord? Don’t waste your money!

This product did an amazing job on my feet! Within a few minutes, they felt like I had just come from a spa, having just received an $80 pedicure. However, I gave it a low score because it was incredibly loud. On the second day of use, it wouldnât turn off. I contacted Amazon tech support, and we tried everything, but it still wouldnât shut off and continued to be very noisy. I ended up having to return the product while it was still running. The UPS staff looked at me like I was crazy because I had a box making loud noises. While Amazon’s customer service was fantastic in handling the issue, I don’t think I will purchase this product again.ð

I just received my callous remover. I have been trying everything to get rid of the callous on my heels. Nothing has worked so I was excited to see if this one would do the job. IT DID⦠I highly recommend it. I would say the only drawback would be lack of explicit directions. Otherwise thumbs up ð
