Good for pain
I put these on and then put socks over them to keep them in place. The gel backing on these made it feel odd walking while wearing them. The seem to squish and slide a little. They also came off. While they were on they helped with pain. I have plantar fasciitis and fibromas on both plantar tendons at the end of the day they hurt. These are good I just have to wear them while resting my feet.

Great, but not as a teacher!
The patches work great HOWEVER they donât work being worn all day as a teacher. They slip, bunch up and ultimately fall off by the end of the day (thatâs with me repositioning them).

These aren’t worth a darn. First off, they don’t stay stuck. They peel off. Secondly, they don’t relieve pain at all. Don’t waste your money.

Something that really works!!
This things are incredible!! I bought them in Nov 24 for a DisneyWorld trip with the grandkids. After the first day of walking – in tennis shoes with arch supports – my foot was KILLING me and I thought I would have to rent a scooter for the rest of the week. I put a patch on my foot while I slept and the next day, the pain was gone! Yesterday I made the mistake of going barefoot most of the day on tile and concrete floors. By the evening, I could barely walk again. I slept in another patch and my foot hasnât hurt all day!

Disappointed
I had been using regular lidocaine patches and they helped. I ordered these meant specifically for the feet hoping they would help more, but sadly that was not the case. These are smaller than the others and not as thick either, and they don’t seem to work as well either. I’m still having the exact same pain as I did before putting it on. I was hoping the added ingredient of menthol would make these even better. It was a great idea, in theory. Other than the cooling effect, I wouldn’t know I had a patch on as it hasn’t alleviated any of the pain. Overall, I am just disappointed in the size, quality, and value for the money. I won’t be purchasing again.âupdating to say these also donât stick as well as the others and are at a higher price point for a smaller product with lesser quality. Also adding picture to show size difference.
