Best Natural Mouthwash
We have been using this in our house for a few months now and love it. I wanted to start oil pulling but also wanted the minty clean feeling after a mouthwash too and this checks all of the boxes. After using for several weeks, I noticed I was able to easily floss away build up after a few minutes of rinsing. Definitely an upgraded version of oil pulling!

Best mouthwash
This coconut oil mouthwash is the best I have every tried. It does not leave that gross oily coating and taste. It has a wonderful after taste. I recommend this product 100%

Mouthwash FIRST, pulling oil SECOND
I guess I didnât quite read the description. Itâs more of a mouthwash than a pulling oil.

Great!
So glad I discovered this. Iâm trying to prevent gum regression so I added this to my routine. It tastes great, helps whiten teeth and leaves teeth feeling soo clean. My toddlers also love it and claimed my second bottle as their own. They donât make it the 2 minutes so itâs a little wasteful but I wonât discourage them practicing good oral hygiene. They also tried the toothpaste and like it- itâs a nice gentle transition from fruity oral care to mint. A bit pricey- but thatâs my only complaint

Interesting experiement but…
First, let me say that I’m not a dentist and I haven’t been to the dentist since I started using this product so I don’t have any hard evidence… yet. That said I bought this product after reading about oil pulling and the good qualities of the coconut (aside from being delicious in pina colada form). Actually, I was expecting that this was similar to oil pulling, but it isn’t. In fact it is really difficult to tell that there is any coconut oil in this beyond a light coconut taste. The pros:1) The taste is very nice. It is a light and sweet coconut mint which is nice to swish with.2) No terrible alcohol burn.3) When I’m done swishing my gums do feet “tight” and my teeth feel very clean. The cons:1) Well, no fluoride. I know that this is an “all natural” type of gig, but it seems that one place where even the “over fluorided” boogie man is still an ok dude is in topical administration to teeth. So… I don’t know. Maybe this is a “good or bad” depending on how you see the world, but I’m not swallowing it and it seems that applying fluoride directly to teeth is a good thing so I’m not sure what the point of not including it is. Regardless, I’m sure I’m still getting plenty through my normal toothpaste, etc.2) There aren’t a lot of scientific studies to back up, well… any of the claims. I started this whole venture after reading up on oil pulling, and even that is largely anecdotal and myth. So if straight up oil pulling requires 10-12 minutes of swishing I’m not sure I get why this super diluted “you won’t even notice it is there” level of coconut oil can get the job done in 2 minutes. No explanation is given.3) It really is pricier than getting coconut oil and swishing with that. Tastes better, but I’m not sure why we are worried about fluoride and interested in stocking up on xylitol. If you are going to do the au natural thing, skip the hoopla and go to the source. That is what I’ll be doing here on out.

Refreshing
It is so great to know that there is a refreshing mouthwash that is good for you and not full of âchemicals â. Great aftertaste ðð»

Was very disappointed with this mouthwash, the taste is very weird, it’s like a piece of coconut filled with lot’s of sugar on top and definitely not any mint taste on it! Doesn’t leave any cleaning sensation after using it, just a sweet taste on your mouth. For this price i was expecting something much better, i hope i can return this item because i won’t use it anymore!

Really taste delicious

The flavour is better than a regular mouth wash, the value isnât bad neither, however it doesnât leave your mouth as clean as if you used more mainstream mouth wash. I kind of just use it as a step Before I brush my teeth

Doesn’t do anything as a mouthwash. may as well rinse your mouth out with water. Cannot send it back now, so buyers beware.
