I’ve been using Dr. Bronner’s Lavender Liquid Castile Soap for a while now, and it’s become one of my everyday essentials. First off, the scent is just incredible—soft, calming, and authentically lavender without being overwhelming. I’ve used it as a body wash, a gentle shampoo, and even for handwashing delicate clothes. (Yes, it’s that good!) It cleans thoroughly but never leaves my skin feeling stripped or dry. I have pretty sensitive skin, and this soap has never caused any irritation. Be sure to dilute it! :)A little goes a long way, too—seriously, just a couple of drops create a nice lather, especially if you use it with a washcloth or loofah. I’m a Bronners convert as far as hand soap goes.
Works good, smells good, affordable as heck since it’s concentrated. I like a rough 50/50 ratio with water, which is way too strong based off the recommendations from the website. But I find it gives the best smooth feel when washing with it and it still manages to be less drying than other soaps I’ve tried. It’s also nice peace of mind that I can add more water if I need to stretch the last of it till the next bottle comes, without losing the efficacy of the soap. I genuinely think it works better than many other soaps on the market, my hands and nails have never been cleaner. I’ve found it takes ink off skin remarkably well even sharpie and my fountain pen inks. I’ve been cycling through all the scents in my bathroom from like a year now. The best scents I’ve tried so far are eucalyptus, peppermint, & lavender. I’ve even mixed them and that smells great. I’m not an all natural only type of shopper, I just use what works and this stuff works. That being said, I tried it for body soap and that I can’t recommend, the pH is not nearly as acidic as skin, so anywhere that gets BO tends to wash clean but then get worse than before since it is not optimized for that. Just my opinion and experience though I know other people have tried and loved it. With this size bottle I think I won’t need to reorder till like summer maybe longer.

Great use and scent
This was my first experience with Castile soap. It shipped fine – I know some people have had issues- I did not. I use it on my face twice a day and if I let it sit it will burn a little but other than that it has been helping with acne. I wash my body with this and it hasn’t dried me out or anything. I love how concentrated this it – it’s really a great value. It’s gentle enough to use on my kids too! If you like lavender then you will definitely like this scent.

Amazingly great cleanser
In love with this brands cleanser. Leaves you feeling clean and refreshed. I especially love this scent. It last for a long while also. Can’t wait to try the rest.

i’d prefer no fragrance as Im allergic but still one of the good options for more or less organic stuff

My son who is neurodiverse avoids handfasting due to sensory issues, he doesn’t like the feeling of soap residue on his hands. I use it with a foaming dispenser. Smells great ( lavender oil) and won’t dry out your skin or leave a residue. You dilute it with water and I find it lasts ages so don’t be put off by the price tag as a little goes a long way.
