Not only is Dr. Berg full of quality medical/supplement information, he brings to the table, great products. We’ve bought a number of the electrolytes, in different flavors. They’ve all tasted great and do not leave behind a granules and dissolve nicely. I, myself, take this electrolyte, at least twice a day with my water intake. We like it so much, we’ve recommended it to family members, who enjoy the flavors as well. Instantly Helps with Hydration
I have POTS, and take medication, but its still important to make sure I’m getting electrolytes during the day especially being a very active person. When its hot outside, a busy day can literally suck the life out of you and it feels like no amount of water will help. Sometimes store bought drinks just don’t cut it because they don’t have any potassium, and I avoid those with added sugar, so the choices are slim. This product has 1000mg potassium per serving which is just what I was looking for! I tried the tropical flavor and mixed it with water and ice, stirred and let it sit for a few minutes so it would dissolve. It has a sour smell when you open the powder, but when it is dissolved the flavor is smooth, Delicious, a little tart, and refreshing! I’ve been drinking it daily after a workout or even just to beat the mid day crash. I feel more hydrated and it is effective in helping my body recover without any added sugars or jitteriness from caffeine. I’d definitely recommend this high quality option to anyone who wants a healthily and more effective alternative to store bought options.

Recommend Lemonade and raspberry lemonade, use with sodastream
Iâve had both the raspberry lemonade and the lemonade.While neither flavor is âsweetâ per se, the raspberry flavor in the raspberry lemonade gives this a âsweeterâ flavor over the lemonade flavor. (I think simply because it masks the sour of the lemon).My favorite is the regular lemonade. As a personal preference I like the more sour of the 2 flavors though both flavors are good. This is my 4th time buying.I have a soda stream and the scoop dosage is perfect for mixing into the 1 liter soda stream glass carafes which is very convenient.There is a technique to do If you want to use this in carbonated water:1. you need to pour the scoop in after carbonating the water (not before)2. You need to cap the bottle within 5 seconds or so after you add the powder.Not doing those 2 steps will turn your beverage into an epic fountain (not unlike the mentos / Diet Coke fountains you see on you tube)!Itâs not difficult to follow those 2 steps. Just make sure you have the cap for the bottle handy when you pour the scoop in! ð My favorite way to drink this is in carbonated water. It really magnifies the flavor IMHO.If you have RO filtered water this will taste better than anything that comes premade from the supermarket (with color-fluorinated tap water).As others have said, the powder doesnât completely dissolve right away. That is true with this as with any concentrated powder-based mix (think of koolaid or country-time lemonade powder mixes from your yesteryears).Iâm fine with that. I usually donât drink this immediately after making a carafe. This is because I like to put my carafes in the fridge for an hour after mixing so itâs nice and cold when I drink it. Thatâs way more than enough time for the powder to completely dissolve.The 100 serving size is a great value. At its cost per serving, itâs a no-brainer for me.

I have been on the hunt for a good tasting electrolyte powder that is more cost effective than Liquid IV.This is the 4th container and 3rd brand I have tried. I got the raspberry lemonade and the flavor is meh. It tastes more like youâre drinking the milk after bowl of fruity pebbles than it does like raspberry lemonade. Itâs good enough that Iâll finish the container, but I wonât be repurchasing.

I didnât really love it at first, then I tried LMNT, which is the grossest saltiest yuck ever. Tried this again and itâs perfect. I put it in a 40oz tumbler of water and you can barely taste anything and itâs not salty. Helps your body use water more efficiently, super important when youâre trying to lose weight. Helps with cravings and headaches if youâre fasting imo.

Amazing product with all the essential body needs
I love this product it does a very good job of getting me all the supplements I need. Potassium being my big go to since on average most people don’t get it daily. This is 1000 mg per scoop, yes it’s salty but not off putting. The salt is the point of electrolytes. Thanks Dr.

Read the label, potassium is very high. If you have slow heart rate do NOT buy. It states it on the label, I didnât notice it until I had already purchased it. It tasted good though. I almost died from it, but just read the label.

Overall a good purchase, here are some detailsDeceptively good value-You don’t need to add much to supplement your electrolytes, so even if the price seems high, it’s significanly less product used per serving compared to some compettitors.Serving size is like 1tsp (this) compared to 1.5 TBSP (Gatorade)After you use this, you will reconsider how much sugar and additives/fillers are in Gatorade, etc.Some negativesI usually like citrus which is why I chose this.Unfotunately the worst part of this is that they chose more of a lemon zest flavor, and that combined with the other parts make this taste like soap. I added another electrolyte powder to cut the flavor down.(-) This doesn’t dissolve as easy, similar to cornstarch in water, so you need to be really vigorous with your shaking. I typically use a translucent waterbottle, but if I hadn’t there would probably be times that I’d shake what seems like enough, then accidentally “drink” a small clump of the powderThese two combined mean I usually just serve this as less concentrated and drink more. I tried the product for the first time and i think i just experienced a potassium overdose with numbing, nausea, that feeling of almost passing out , it was my fault though i should have started with very low dose than 1 scoopI generally have low bp 80/70 and i thought i was about to die but i directly took salt hydration tabs and i feel better. I will still use the product but with very very less dosage.I am a great follower of dr berg, i believe in this diet regime. The product overall has good taste and not hard to drink at all

I don’t have a lot to say as I recently started taking this after watching Dr. Berg’s YouTube videos and then comparing this to other electrolyte products out there. This one is a clear winner, even though it costs a pretty penny in Australia. I loved the taste the moment I took my first sip. I feel that it works but hard to tell. But what I can say is, it really gives a sense of fullness and shuts the appetite down after drinking. Not sure if that’s intended or if what electrolytes actually do but I think that really helps if you’re on keto and trying to lose weight. I’d recommend it to anyone who is on keto like me.
