I am an active 53 years old woman and exercise with walking dancing 30 minutes or more then rowing after makes my body aching on some areas especially my arms, shoulder and neck. I believe in the strength of more natural healing pills and I did my researched. While browsing for turmeric this supplement came up so I gave it a try. The first day I did not noticed anything. The second day I started noticing the body ache became so less so I took one an hour before bedtime. The 3rd day while I was rowing something came to mind as I been hitting the 7 to 8 hours of sleep. So, I asked myself what had I been doing or taking that is giving me more sleep. It came to mind this supplement is the only one I added before bed time. I goggled the benefit of turmeric and sure enough it actually relax the muscle which ease my body ache at night but it also help me getting a goodnight sleep.
