doTERRA Balance Essential Oil Grounding Blend – 15 ml

I think this is my new favorite. It DOES feel very grounding. Everyone seems to love the scent.

Tried it out on hubby! Bought it for my a better labor experience!
So I bought this specifically for labor and delivery since I am so nervous and anxious and a bit worried if I am unable to keep my emotions in control. Being pregnant your hormones are already as bad as it is. I looked up what are some essential oils that works well while in labor…balance came up as one of them. this was my first time to experiment with this so I ask my husband to try it first since he is going through a stressful time, he likes to keep it inside especially since I’m pregnant and he doesn’t want to add more stress to my hormones. He was also playing his game at the same time. He agreed to try it. He put three drops on his left foot and rubbed it in. He took a big smell of it and went back to his games.What I noticed on his personality 1-2 minutes later… He was no longer yelling at the game lol. (He’s a gamer) 😜 I definitely heard lots of calming comments that didn’t lead to lots of anger or frustrations with the game. I ask him about 3 min after applying it how he feels. He said he feels ALERT and a lot more relaxed and he also said he is trying to think about all the stressful situations but he felt like not worried anymore about it and he felt there was no reason to worry. He started telling me “your right baby I really wasn’t so positive but, this really is magic and works” he even wants me to buy more to experiment and try out!! I now feel like this is going to be an amazing experience during labor. Plus my OB loves and knows everything about essential oils and highly recommend trying it out. She uses young living. But doterra is all I’ve tried and this works wonders!!! Def buy it and try it out. Not a waste of money if you really want to see a change in your mood. Thanks for reading my review.

Great scent, diluted in carrier oil
Using this an alternative to Woolzies “balance” which is currently my favorite blend, the scent is a great mixture that calms with a hint of citrus. Using it in the same diffuser I’ve use for various other blends using 3-4 drops in 50ml , this blend requires about 8-10 drops for the same level of fragrance. It appears to be somewhat diluted in the carrier oil.

Great Blend for Epilepsy
I usually get all my oils from Healing Solutions or Eden’s Garden, because Healing Solutions’ oils are superior; however, this is one blend I won’t compromise on. My friend turned me on to essential oils, particularly DoTERRA, and actually gave me the rest of her Balance blend and I just fell in love with it. The best part about this blend is that it’s good for grand mal seizures/seizures. My mother-in-law has a very rare kind of epilepsy that goes beyond grand mals, so I wanted to see if this would help for her. I bought this along with a diffuser necklace, because the damage that her seizures have done to her brain would prevent her from truly being able to figure out how to deal with an actual diffuser and I felt the necklace would be easier for her to manage and keep close to her for aroma therapy. I also made her a roller ball diluted with hemp oil. She says that she can actually feel a difference and she’s not feeling as stressed as she usually is. She also LOVES the smell…as do I! She’s feeling more confident, and my husband says that she’s even talking better and sounds more lucid, which is very unusual for her. I highly recommend this blend for those who have suffered great traumas in their lives, or suffer from brain injuries through diseases like epilepsy!
