Nice unit but not a DIY installation
Itâs not an easy diy project. There are many things that you need to watch out for (location, power draw, etc.). I had to hire someone to install it for me. Depending on the model, you may need to change your circuit breaker. After itâs installed, it works great. I really enjoy it.

Received but no fragile labels on heavy box. Not yet connected but who knows if it’s damaged?
I’m very disappointed in the lack of concern for this heavy and expensive item No stickers on outer amazon box indicating a fragile item. In addition, the optional drain pan and auto drain were packaged with the steam generator with nearly no packing material to absorb a drop. The box is heavy! There is a lot that can get damaged. I have not connected the generator yet but now need to take the access plates off to see if anything was loosen. Again, why no stickers? Maybe the item will still get dropped but at least the drivers know. For the money, this should have been better managed.

Great addition to our full bathroom remodel project.
So to start, while the product page makes this system look like it might be a simple or quick install, it was a pretty good size project. For us, we were in the middle of an entire bathroom remodel project when we decided to put this in, and I’m glad we were because it made getting everything in place where it needed to be so much easier. The whole room was already gutted and we were able to decide where to put everything in at, including seating for what was now going to be a shower/steam room. The project would have been a whole lot more work in an already finished bathroom.The controls are easy to set up and the unit puts out an abundance of steam. It’s not instant, so I’ll start mine a few minutes bit before I want to get in. But once it’s going, it heats up nicely and it can turn a large shower into a steam room. There’s even a way to add in some essential oils into the steamer, which I just tried out for the first time this week because I’ve been dealing with a head cold and decided to try some peppermint oils along with the steam for my sinuses.After using this, I’m so glad we went with this steamer system over putting in a separate sauna (something we had been considering). I’m enjoying the steam so much better than a dry heat, and this system makes use of the shower space that’s already available.

Once itâs installed this thing is amazing! Thatâs the only con is the install.
This thing is a game-changer for your bathroom. First off, installation is not that fun. Itâs best to install this if you are doing a bathroom upgrade. You need to get in the wall to install it. So you may have to take the shower panel off unless you can get in from the back side. Depends on your house. Once installed tho this thing is amazing. Once it’s set up, get ready for a spa day in your own home. It has all the bells and whistles you need for a luxurious experience. if you’re looking to level up your shower. Itâs great on my back which I have 2 slipped disc.
