I was looking for a product to help regulate my digestive system. I wanted something easy to use that tasted great. This also had extra benifits for my hair, skin, and nails which is a plus. I have only been using it for a few days now and have seen great results with my digestive system. I have not been as constipated like I have been since drinking this. The down side is with being a powder it does not seem to mix that well in cold water. I did order a stirrer to see if that would help better or a mixing cup. You only get 16 servings for the price which to me is a little high. The container is only half full and could be smaller and use less plastic at that point. Says it has eletrolytes for hydration I only drink it once a day so have not really felt any difference in that part. Overall so far it taste great and works for me on the digestive parts.

Tasty, but not for me.
I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor of this supplement. It blended with my drink fairly well, but I did notice some sediment at the bottom of the glass, so you may have to stir it intermittently. I will say that the powder was a strange blend of incredibly fine particular and some larger granules, and I had some trouble keeping the powder from separating in the drink after blending.I think that for this price point and the amount of servings, a plain collagen and fiber supplement would be a better value. This as a drink tastes pretty good, so the convenience and novelty of it is the main thing you’re buying. I will say the amount of fiber in this supplement feels a little scant to me, but I suppose that’s because I expect anything touting itself as a “supplement” is advertising itself towards people who are a bit deficient in the said department. I’m sure though the texture of the drink would change greatly with an increase.

I cannot believe i paid 55 dollars for a week and a half of drinks which I only made once a day. Imagine if I drank this 4 times a day it would last me 2 days. I cannot believe you get a container like that where its not even close to being half full. Just awful
