This is amazing!
This has been a game-changer for my digestion and overall well-being. The Peach Mango flavor, and the powder mixes easily into water. I love that it combines fiber, probiotics, collagen, and electrolytes in one scoop—it’s like a complete gut health and beauty boost! Since starting, I’ve noticed less bloating, more regular digestion, and I feel more energized throughout the day. It’s become an essential part of my morning routine, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to support their gut health and feel great from the inside out!

Great Ingredients. Some Drawbacks.
I really was drawn to this product because it’s a small business that seems to actually care about its customer base. Not only does this have high quality ingredients (pictured), but it also has a great taste! I have also noticed (after using it for almost a week) that my daily bloating has subtly decreased. Although probiotics usually take a few weeks to kick in, I saw results with this within a few days. I will say, however, that the blend-ability is a bit of an issue I noticed. Although it mixed well when shaken, when stirred it was quite chunky and didn’t blend as well. Just make sure you have a shaker bottle if you want to use this product. Overall though this is such a small drawback compared to other aspects of this product that I’ve noticed that it’s really not that big of a deal.Despite the benefits, it is not as powerful of a probiotic or collagen support as I hoped it would be… hence the four stars. The typical recommended amount for collagen supplements is 5 – 15 grams and this product contains only 2 grams. I understand that collagen supplements can be expensive and this is on the relatively lower end of the spectrum in terms of price, but it being marketed as a collagen boosting product when it barely meets the threshold is a bit of a stretch. I will also say the probiotic content is relatively low compared to other products considering it only contains 1 billion CFU when other products boasting their probiotic content contain an upwards of 5-50 billion CFU. Overall the best multivitamin in this drink mix? Surprisingly, Niacin (Vitamin B3), and this drink mix contains about half of what you need in a day. However, if you already eat a lot of chicken or fish you likely already meet this need everyday.Overall, compared to other multivitamin drink mixes this has very clean ingredients and tastes great. However, it doesn’t quite meet the mark when it comes to meeting your daily needs. Take with that as you will.
