I have never needed electrolytes until now. Wanted to try this product, as it had good reviews and is FSA/HSA approved. I liked EVERY flavor. Not too salty or sweet. I used in 16-24 ounces of water. No clumps and helps my energy levels along with cramping.Wish it was a little cheaper.

I am usually not into using electrolyte powders, but I was intrigued at the clean ingredient list on this brand.I am so glad I tried this mix and will be using it regularly after workouts! I am someone who struggles with recovery after a big workout. After cardio, I would feel so wiped out for the rest of the week, which made it hard to get into a regular exercise regime. I started drinking this after my workouts, and I feel amazing and ready to workout again the next day! They also taste delicious and motivate me to workout so I can drink these afterwards!I wish I had tried these products long ago because they have really taken me to the next level in my workout routine. I can’t believe how much more refreshed I feel after drinking these post-workout.
