A must have for hydration
I love cute hydration! All of the flavors are amazing and have so much flavor to them. They mix into water and dissolve pretty easily. I feel like it really does help me get that extra boost of energy. This is my holy grail for breastfeeding as it really helps get my supply up.

I really like this hydration for an option with less sugar. I use it for every day but when I need a bit hit of hydration, like when I’m doing intense exercise (HIIT, singles tennis, etc), I find Liquid IV works better for me.

If you use the recommend amount of water per scoop this product may be too salty for some. However the taste is great especially the strawberry kiwi one. I can tell there is no coloring or added sugar which makes me feel good amount putting this in my body. For sure will purchase again!

Okay, so you already know how I feel about hydration, and this little gem of a product? Scrumdiddlyumptious. I wonât compare it to other hydration drinks because, letâs be real, both hydrate well, but this one? The flavor is fantabulous.Now, I know the directions say to use a scoop for a smaller amount of water, but why follow instructions when you can live your best life? I use one scoop for an entire 52 oz jug of water. Yeah, Iâm that person. I try to hit two of those jugs a dayâbecause your girl is on a mission to stay hydrated, and Iâm all about that liquid life.My bladder? Not so much. It hates me, but my body? Oh, my body loves me. Iâm sure itâs thanking me for the extra hydration, even if Iâm running to the bathroom every 15 minutes.Seriously, if youâre looking for a hydration drink that tastes good and actually makes you want to drink water, this is it. Just donât expect your bladder to thank you, but your body definitely will. Highly recommend!
