Durante el tratamiento intenté utilizar una crema dental para la sensibilidad lo cual hizo que fuese más cómodo. Los resultados hablan por sí solos, intente tomar las fotografías en el mismo lugar y con la misma iluminación; sin embargo, en la vida real se ve más claramente el efecto que en las fotografías.Básicamente le quité a mis dientes al menos diez años de manchas y si bien no quedaron con un blanco perfecto, se ven con un buen tono natural.

Great kit at a good price
This kit was on special and I got it for a much better deal than my Dentist sells for $85. I got talked into it the first time at the dentist and I wish you could just get these exact strips without buying the kit with the light since I already have the light but you can’t so I ordered the whole kit again. I did a teeth whitening special at my last dentist before I moved and I could barely tell I had it done, no one noticed . There’s a noticeable difference with this kit so I think it’s superior to that. My dentist now said your teeth should match the whites of your eyes. Anyhow it’s been a couple of months and they are still quite white. I was told to save a couple of strips to do intermittently afterwards but I used them all. I put the strips on and do five minutes of the light then leave it on for the hour and right before the end of the hour I do the full-time with the light. I have another kit waiting to use! I’m not about to spend $400 at a dentist again who said for whatever reason they couldn’t get me that “bright Hollywood smile”. I’m not sure if it’s because most of those people have veneers which is what I’m assuming for most people but I’m not an expert or a dentist so I don’t know. But this is a great kit and if you get it on a discount it’s a great deal for the results that you get.

It works! I wasn’t expecting it to be quite so effective.
Wish I had taken a before photo because my teeth are noticeably whiter after using these. I did not have any sensitivity using these strips, and followed directions exactly. I tried a professional whitening treatment from the dentist (with the custom fit and $450) but didn’t see much of a change. I started asking around to see what people did who had whiter teeth and they all said crest white strips. No joke, my teeth are much whiter with this product than the one from the dentist. Also the whitening has lasted. Three months later and I still have a much whiter smile. I am a total convert and will use this at least twice a year for maintenance – might do quarterly. Ten out of ten. I tried the 45 minutes without the light and the 1 hour with the light. The version with the light was more effective. I also wondered if the front teeth would look whiter than the back ones given the length of the strips but it’s not an issue. They figured out how long the strips need to be. I did find that if I dried my teeth first with a tissue that the strips stuck better and stayed on better. I also tried this during work hours when working from home but it changed my speech a tiny bit when I took calls (kind of like a lisp) so I now use these either before or after work.

These work wonders, I usually don’t use the entire thing as recommended on the box, since my teeth get super sensitive, but just 2-3 days every few months does the job.
