The best yet!
Iâve ordered several copper tongue scrapers trying to find a good one to replace the one I had for years but unfortunately left while out of town. This one by far exceeds all the others. The handles are super flexible yet the wide curve that scrapes your tongue feels very solid. Because of the flexible handles, you can use it one handed if need be. I was surprised how much I would like that feature. The edges are also gentle on the tongue. There are no indications of discoloration anywhere which makes me think it is actually copper and not just copper coated like many of the others.

The jury’s still out whether or not regular tongue scraping makes a difference, but if you’re ready to give it a try, this set of sturdy copper scrapers feels high end.The handles are long and feel good in the hand, and perhaps more important, the scraping edge is comfortable on the tongue. Definitely gets the job done with fewer scrapes then the plastic options I’ve used from the drugstore. Easy to clean and helps that there are no bristles to worry about plaque getting stuck in.

I’ve never used a tongue scraper before. After it was recommended by a friend, I don’t know how we even got on the topic, but I gave it a try. I immediately noticed my breath stayed fresher throughout the day. Also, foods tasted bigger. This was a big one for me, because my taste never fully came back after covid. The build of the tongue scrapper itself is solid, study and should last for a long time. It is comfortable to hold and easy to use. I love that it is a 2-pack, so I can keep one in my bathroom drawer, and one in my toiletry bag. I highly recommend this tongue scrapper.

More maintenance than stainless steel
I’ve been comparing these copper tongue scrapers to my stainless steel ones. Copper is naturally antimicrobial, but you have to be diligent to dry it completely after each use to avoid tarnishing. It’s too early to tell if storing the copper scrapers will cause them to tarnish faster. Stainless steel is generally less expensive but more resistant to corrosion. In terms of efficacy in scraping my tongue, I’ve not noticed much of a difference between stainless steel and copper other than maintenance (you can also put stainless steel through your dishwasher). Leave it up to your personal preference on which metal you prefer, but overall this is an effective product in removing bacteria.
