This ankle ice pack is great. It fits securely around my ankle and stays cold for a long time. It helps with reducing swelling and soreness and is ery comfortable t I love you. I love you I use it while elevating my leg and it is very comfortable and fits well . I IHighly recommend it if you have a fractured ankle.

After ankle surgery needed to apply ice every hour for 15 minutes. The cooling effect lasted and quick to refreeze. It was easy to put on. Fit my ankle size perfect. Stayed tight. Soft cover.

Good for ankle issues, not so much for plantar fasciitis
Bought these because the description said plantar fasciitis specifically, but I don’t feel like they help for that at all. The gel/ice pack portion doesn’t touch the actual heel or arch of your foot at all, it just touches the ankle. If you had an injured or suffer from swollen ankles this would be wonderful, but not for what I needed/it lead me to believe it was helpful for. That said, the quality is nice, they get super cold (I kept mine in the freezer over night).Edited review: I initially gave these a lower review, but I had to change it to a 5 star review after the tremendous customer support I received from the company. They reached out and suggested a slightly different product they made to help with my foot pain. The new ones touch all the parts of my foot I need it to. It helps sooth my plantar fasciitis after a long day of dealing with the pain. Would recommend trying their products, they’re high quality and they absolutely stand behind their products.

This is the best ice wrap for your ankle. It fits pretty good and you don’t have to worry about an ice pack falling off all the time. The best Ice pack for ankle or foot.

Needs improvement
OK. The issues; the ice packs last only 1/2 hour so they need frequent changing and the shape of the ice pack does not fit the shape of the sleeve/wrap. I like the wrap around the ankle but the ice pack shape does not fit. Perhaps adding a sleeve / pockets on the inside of the wrap and change the shape of ice pack to fit inside the sleeve to hold the ice packs in place. Even if you charge more money itâs worth it for a consumer dealing with a fractured ankle.
