Great First Impression!
Iâm excited because of the good reviews and the fact it contains 5 forms of collagen but I will have to update once the bottle is finished. I can tell you right now tho that the taste and texture is perfect. I wouldnât hesitate to mention anything off or disappointing either.

I can handle the taste because it’s very mild. Nothing gross about it. It’s not like a sweet candy-type gummy. They all have some kind of white cast on them, but I think that’s just the formula and gummy making process. I don’t take two every day but a few times a week to get that collagen in for my hair, skin, and nails. Don’t forget to drink the whole glass of water.

Very happy
My knees were getting so bad you could hear them crunch when going from crouching down to standing it was awful. I looked at glucosamine & chondroitin and found that a lot of people were having weight gain issues because of those supplements. That was an immediate NO for me. Ive been taking these for approximately 2 weeks or so and I feel like I’ve wasted so much time not having them in my routine. They really are doing what they claim, no more crunch sound or discomfort in my knees. Quite pleased.

I ran out of my normal collagen, but I want to try something new even though it worked because it was so expensive I was paying like $70 for a one bottle . so anyway I tried these and literally after two days I stopped hearing the clicks and creeks on my joints .
