Stopped menopause-related hair loss and shedding.
Bit of a skeptic but since my hair loss wasn’t stopping, I gave these a try. I researched a much more expensive brand but these had better ingredients and are third party tested so I trust the quality. I used the entire container but didn’t think they had made a difference so I went back to my old vitamins. Once the shedding picked up again, I realized they had actually worked to really slow things down! I’ve been using again for just over a month and can say with certainty these have worked for me. Shedding has stopped entirely (menopause related hair loss). I’ve done little else to stop the hair loss so can confidently say it’s the vitamins. Four capsules per day isn’t the easiest for me and they have a slight “vitamin” smell/taste but totally worthwhile. These are my new daily vitamins and grateful for them.

I am on my 3rd month and my nails have gone from soft and brittle, to long, strong and healthy. I bought this because it has all the same ingredients as Nutrafol plus a few additional herbs that are beneficial. My hair is looking fuller but I feel like I need a few more months before I can see a real difference in my hair. Iâll update this review in May/June 2025.

They work!!!
Iâve been taking these vitamins for almost three months. I definitely feel like theyâre working and Iâm seeing new hair growth, which I can only attribute to these vitamins. Iâm not sure why, but I suddenly started losing gobs of hair in the shower and anytime I brushed my hair. Also my nails have made a comeback! Iâve always had strong healthy nails but for some reason they became brittle, weak, and paper thin. Iâm not sure why but theyâve really grown back nice. Almost back to how they used to be. Iâm very happy with the results and will continue to take these vitamins. The only drawback is the taste (and why I took one star away). They taste awful. Like most vitamins, I think. Iâve tried many different ways to get past the taste (and smell). I found the best way is to take all four at once and hold my breath and to eat something directly after taking them. I still taste them but it does help. But donât let that sway you away from them cause they really do work!

I am getting this product to try to help my hair feels stronger. So far haven’t seen much difference in my hair. Definitely helps my nail growth. My nails will grow pretty quickly and look great! Would still recommend this product just wish I could see more results for the hair.

Waste of money
A waste of money. I received absolutely no benefit from these. No increased hair growth, thickness or lustre. They also smell terrible and do not sit well in the stomach. Had indigestion every day I took these for 3 months.

These Absolutely Make a Difference but They Arrive Opened
I normally order these from Target and they never arrive open. I ordered two of these from Amazon and they both arrived with the tamper evident seal slightly opened on one side, which kind of raises the question of where itâs coming from. The pill itself works very well though. I tracked my normal hair growth over a month and itâs about 0.5inches but with consistent use of these, I can grow my hair closer to 1 inch a month. They taste bad but they donât upset my stomach or cause my skin to break out. So yes you should buy these but not from Amazon. These are all 2 month progress pics ( before and after) except for the last one that shows the back of my head. That one is beginning of January versus end of January. For one month, that is pretty good progress because I can finally make a ponytail again whereas I couldnât at the beginning of the month!!
