    The Mascara You Marry!
    I’m super-picky about my mascara, so my lashes have kissed dozens of frogs to find this perfect prince of a potion! Over the past 25 years, I’ve been loyal to exactly three mascaras: Maybelline Full ‘N Soft Waterproof (which I stopped using when black became too severe-looking on me as I aged), Blinc Tubing Mascara in Dark Brown (which began looking too spidery–again, an aging thing, I think), and Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High Waterproof in Brownish Black (which began flaking off under my eyes when I was forced to change undereye concealers due to an allergy). So began my search. Bottom line? I like a soft, natural look that stays put and holds the curl I worked so hard to get in my stick-straight lashes. In truth, I had little hope that this mascara could do it all, BUT IT DID! Not only that, but my eyes feel better–less irritated–too! The Black Honey is also more flattering than your usual brown mascara! The search is over! Happy honeymooning!

    For blue & green eyed people
    I think this is great with blue and green eyes. I have naturally dark auburn hair and I like natural looking makeup and I find myself reaching for this mascara over my black ones. It looks kinda daunting on the brush but once applied it’s very pretty.

    Great mascara!
    I have used many many different mascaras over the years & I actually received a sample of this one & it worked so good I have been buying & using it since(about 4 yrs). It is pricier than what I’d normally buy myself, but you can catch it on sale occasionally. It works great, cleans off easily as well. It is in no way waterproof & will run, but other than that it’s a great mascara.

    Nice
    This is very soft on my eyes. I was doubtful about it coming off with just water, but it does. I think it could do a slightly better job lengthening and volumizing my eyelashes but I would buy this again simply because it does come off with water.

    Excellent mascara. Doesn’t clump or irritate my eyes. Comes off easily with Clinique eye make up remover. Lifts and separates My lashes look thick and long. Best mascara ever

    Lengthens the lashes and no clumping
    I have tried so many mascaras over the years and always go back to the same Loreal I’ve used for 30 years. This is the first mascara that I’ve found that I will actually use instead. It doesn’t clump, it lengthen, and separates the lashes very well. Very happy with this mascara!

    Zero coverage
    I am a fan of clinique but this item IS NOT like the others. Absolutely zero coverage…it’s almost invisible and I need to apply four layers just to get anything to show up. I am a dark haired person with dark lashes so it should be an easy task for a good quality mascara. I have already used it so I cannot return it. That’s a drag because it’s not cheap. Save yourself the disappointment, buy any other mascara by Clinique or anybody else but not this one!
