Nice quick way shower aromatherapy
As a person who suffers from serious sinus congestion that tends to worsen at night these are a nice way to treat yourself to a shower aromatherapy as part of your morning routine. Simply unseal the puck, and place it on your shower floor away from direct water spray. I honestly found this the most difficult part since that location shifts for me based on whether Iâm shampooing my hair or lathering my body. Just keep in mind that it does require some water contact to be effective. Regardless, these pucks are pretty effective and you can readily slide it around with your foot while youâre showering. I was afraid the residue might be difficult to clear away but that hasnât been the case for me.Areas Iâd like to see improved are the packaging and formulation. Personally Iâd package these with a pull tab so they can be more easily unwrapped. It would also be nice if the formulation could tolerate more water contact so you could just place it in the shower stream and not have to move it around.These are still pretty effective and easy to use and the eucalyptus is especially helpful with easing sinus congestion.

Smell is a bit un-natural
I was hopeful this would be like fresh eucalyptus, but really itâs a bit of a synthetic aroma, with hints of a urine puck.

Very strong smell
These are strong smelling. Very strong smelling. My bathroom is on the small side and I had to open a window on the first use. The second time I left the door open with the fan on and the smell lingered in the house all day. Which is great if that’s what you’re looking for. I wasn’t necessarily, but it’s good to know how much area these can cover.

When these came in my husband was suffering from a cold and these really helped him breathe for a couple hours post-shower. I use them because I like the smell. Very nice addition to an everything shower.
