Strong floss, not minty though
I really like this floss, it’s very strong and it’s also a bit thinner than some other floss.I have some teeth that are very close together and this floss fits between them better.I don’t taste any mint taste at all though which is fine by me because I am not really a fan of mint anyways.The only downside to this is that the charcoal makes it dark in color and that makes it harder to tell if your gums are bleeding or not.I really like that this is PFOA and FTFE free though and that is the main thing that is important to me.

Fantastic Charcoal Dental Floss
This is a review for a 5-pack of vegan charcoal dental floss refills. They have a delightful mint flavor and really make my teeth feel super clean. I’ve never tried this product before, but I’m definitely planning to continue using it.While I don’t have the refillable glass jar shown in the description, I simply left the dental floss in the box, with the floss accessible from one corner of the box, cutting off a section before I floss. Itâs a pretty straightforward solution, but I’m excited to see if I can find a cute vintage or thrift store jar to store the dental floss in.

Disappointing Quality: Fragile Charcoal Floss Refills
These charcoal floss refills fell short of expectations. They constantly snap during use, making flossing a frustrating experience. In comparison, I usually stick with the Reach brand, which almost never breaks. Additionally, the purpose of the charcoal in the floss isn’t clearâit doesnât seem to add any noticeable benefit. On the upside, it does have a mild minty flavor, but thatâs not enough to offset the poor durability. Overall, I wouldnât recommend these refills.

Better than most regular floss
These HUGGING TREE Vegan Charcoal Floss Refills work well. They’re much better than regular floss, and do a fantastic job of removing plaque. Definitely worth a try. We have no complaints and are returning customers.

Iâm still on my first roll and I really like it so far. I donât taste anything much and the mint flavor is minimal and thatâs totally fine with me as I do t go just licking my floss lol. Itâs somewhat easy to tear off and I didnât have any breakage while using. Comes in a compostable box so thatâs nice. This is probably one of the pricier floss Iâve ever used and I may consider buying again when on sale

I didn’t realize charcoal floss was a thing until I tried it. Good oral hygiene is important to me, and I do like trying new tools that keep my teeth sparking and cavity free. I have always been a flosser, so when I discovered bamboo charcoal floss flavored with peppermint, I was sold. I find that the bamboo charcoal floss does not seem to shred as much as regular floss. This HUGGING TREE Vegan Charcoal Floss set comes with five refill spools with 33 yards of floss in each refill. I do have a couple empty stick style floss holders that work. If you don’t have a cylinder floss holder, this item will be hard to use.

I cannot taste the mint flavor at all. The floss works though. It is strong. I do worry about the charcoal. I know charcoal can wear down teeth. However, floss is different. I’m only really cleaning between my teeth. Idk what device these rolls are supposed to be used with, but personally, I use the floss by hand just fine.
