Holy crap it works fast! THRILLED!!
I’ve used it literally only like 4 times, so far, and ALREADY seeing serious, skin tone differences and changes. Love love love this product, so far. I am so happy!!! I have these really dark or reddish pink large acne and skin scars, post-long COVID -triggered skin infection (took 3-4yrs to conquer, & was body-wide, too…and lingering major skin sensitivity. I had normal skin before my long COVID messed my body upppp. This product is helping me feel like me again, and at a rate I never would have believed possible again. Same with the Cerave SA body wash, which I have been pairing with the Dove melanin red letter label one… But that has taken 3mths, to show half the results this serum with my Neutrogena Hydro boost moisturizing gel is showing on my face. Holy hell…. So happy with Cerave so far, it is rly taking every product I otherwise use to a wholllllle new, amazing level!

As a 40-year-old man, I’m used to no longer having perfect skin. But, after wearing surgical masks for so long during the pandemic, I ended up with some acne scaring where the mask hit my cheek.The dermatologist said that he could burn off the discoloration, but the resulting scars would likely be worse than what I have now. So, I was left treating the area with topical lotions and creams. Enter Cetaphil Gentle Repairing Serum.The serum is easy to use and apply. There’s a faint (but very temporary) odor. Once it dries or absorbs, it’s invisible. So no issues here!Unfortunately, after several months of use, I’m not sure I see much difference. I still have discoloration, though it might be a half-shade lighter. Maybe.All in all, it was an inexpensive way of trying to correct a nagging issue. I’m thankful for the possibility, and I hope it works more effectively for you!

I threw this out after two uses. It flakes up after you apply. You definitely can’t wear this under any other product or it turns into a mess!

Regarding the treatment of post-acne marks, it is important to be patient when using topical products as results may take time to become visible. So far, I have observed that the product is effective in moisturizing my skin and does not cause any breakouts. However, it may require more than 12 weeks of consistent use to see significant improvements. I am currently using it in combination with tretinoin at night.
