I have troubles falling asleep. I took Zzz-Quil for the longest time but wanted something different, more herbal. Found SleepyTime with Probiotics at Walmart once and tried it. Walmart doesn’t carry it anymore so I order it from Amazon. Works wonders and helps me sleep every night. An added bonus is getting the benefits of the probiotics.

I truly needed something natural to relax me in bed so I could slowly get sleepy while watching tv.This works great with honey in my teas. I love all the flavors. I personally always use two tea bags because I use a large mug not a small cup. Works for me. I use almost boiling water put 2 tea bags in mug let set for 5 to 10 mins with saucer on top. Then add honey stir and enjoy.

Very pleased with the product and the store!They sent me the incorrect item the first time around. I was hesitant to give them the chance to send the correct ones the second time around but I went for it, and requested a replacement instead of a return and they sent the correct one!Very pleased with the tea’s themselves, I drink a cup before bed every night, and their tea is my go to.I looooove this tea so much, not sure if it actually helps me sleep, but it definitely gets my body prepared because it knows once we start drinking tea, it is bed time!
