Effective for masking dark circles!
I am in my 40s and donât like wearing heavy makeup. For daily wear, my focus is on moisturizing and using balms and serums rather than covering my skin with color cosmetics. However, my undereye circles and lid discoloration beg for a little extra TLC. Iâm pleasantly surprised by how well this inexpensive brightener works to neutralize my dark circles and even out my lid discoloration. It has a creamy consistency and it doesnât dry out my undereye area. It has a little bit of reflectivity which further makes dark circles less noticeable. The price is great and the neutralizng effect is better than any other product Iâve tried, including some pricy prestige brands. If you have stubborn undereye circles give this a try!

Totally worth it !
I heard about this from a make up influencer and a must buy. I figured for the price, why not ? When I saw the pink color, I was worried it wouldn’t blend with my more light beige coloring. Wow ! It works small miracles under my eyes. Its smooth and light and easy to blend, while giving light to medium of coverage. I don’t wear a lot of makeup, I used a tinted moisturizer as my foundation. This makes my eyes look brighter, more awake and covers the slight darkness under my eyes while not settling in my wrinkles.

Soo easy to use!!
This is a GREAT under eye brightener for fair to light skin… its creamy and I just pat some in with my finger and press a lil but of powder over it… it’s great! Very easy to use. Stays on all night for my 10hr shifts in a warm Bakeshop. I use a good setting spray over it and its perfect. It’s easy to use over serums n moisturizer, very lightweight, color match is perfect for me. I use 010 light rose… great for light skin n not too pink. Doesn’t cake up. Good, affordable product

Light Coverage, Creases Easily
I’ve been using the Catrice Under Eye Brightener for a few months now, and honestly, I’m kind of on the fence about it. It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely not my holy grail product.
The whole “brightening” thing? Yeah, it does a little bit. The pink tone definitely helps with those bluish dark circles, but it’s so light. Like, almost too light. Which, I guess, is good for a natural look, but I find it doesn’t really cover much if you have serious dark circles.
My biggest issue is the texture. It’s super creamy, which sounds great, but it ends up feeling a bit… slippery? It doesn’t seem to set properly, even when I follow the pro tip and use a powder. It tends to migrate and crease throughout the day, which is really annoying. I end up looking more tired than when I started! It’s okay for a quick, minimal makeup day, but if you’re looking for something that lasts and really covers, this probably isn’t it. I’m giving it 3 stars because it’s not a complete disaster, but I’ll be looking for something else.

Carrie under eye brightener (shade: 010/Light Rose)
This review is for the âCatrice Under Eye Brightenerâ. I have loved the Catrice brand for almost a decade. Their products are all amazing at ridiculously low prices. Not âcheap or cheaply madeâ, but Catrice has dedicated to making quality products and not price gouging their customers. Finally a company that focuses on quality control and customer satisfaction. I am extremely fair so I got the shade 010- light rose, which is a perfect shade for me. I use my clean finger in the pit, warm it up between my two pointer fingers and it keeps it nice and smooth without being too thick. I apply a little on the inside and outer edge of my eyes and blend in gently with my pinky fingers. Itâs best to use your pinky fingers because too much pressure in that sensitive area can be damaging to your face. Just a tiny bit hides all of my imperfections and does not crease on me. I donât even need to set it, but I do use a setting spray all over my face out of habit. Catrice has my heart because the brand is Cruelty-Free and Paraben-Free and they use quality products like Hyaluronic Acid & Shea Butter.

I love this so much. Brightens the undereyes up really well and doesnât seep into creases. Hyaluronic infused so keeps my under eyes hydrated all day so it looks freshly applied. The price is excellent value for money as Iâve spent a fortune on more expensive products and this has ended up being the best one from a budget price range and exceeded those expensive brands too. My go to from now on.
