A staple in our home
I’ve been using this as part of a sleep regimen for over a year now. It was recommended as part of treatment for hormone shifts while being an aging female (premenopause.) It seems to be helping with both sleep and hot flashes. It’s a good price for the money but I try to stock up when it is on special.

Try on a day you can see how it effects you
Got this for my husband because he has to be up between midnight and 3 a.m. and goes to bed mid afternoon. The directions say to take 2 but he had been taking one and they work great. He tried 2 and said he wouldnât do that again. He is 6â7â 285 and it knocked him out. So start with one and adjust from there.

Medicinal musty, dirty socks…
This stuff works great; if you don’t mind swallowing encapsulated pills of finely ground dirty socks. I’m convinced this is just ground up socks from little kids; I would know because I used to be one and that’s exactly what my socks smelled like. This medicine has channeled all the sensory energy from every unkempt bachelor pad from time eternal, and shrunk it down into a little pill that stinks up your hand for thirty minutes after handling it.That being said, it does make you pass out; whether by it’s medicinal properties or it’s pungent aroma, I do not know…

IT WORKS
I gave this product five stars because it works. Too well, for me. 2400 mg, and I was a zombie for 24 hours. I took for anxiety, and so I took it during the morning. 24 hours later, still feeling the effects of it. I was worthless yesterday. Very lethargic, and a dull headache. I slept a lot. I think I need to find a Valerian Root product with less mg per capsule.
