Great for Shark Week
I cant say whether or not it actually helps with bringing your days during a time of crisis, but i can say that drinking this tea a few days before has helped with easing my intense cramps and often brings on my days within 2 days of drinking it. And my flow is often easier to deal with than if i didnt drink it. The flavor is very herbal, maybe a bit harsh for sensitive taste buds but with some honey its great! you can get up to 3 steeps with one bag which is great for back to back tea drinkers like me!

Iâve been into herbs and essential oils for some time now I have a lot of pain and inflammation. I ran across the book with herbs and tease. I just made sense that that would be the smartest way to get them in your body the quickest I started researching some teas inflammation and pain. I wake up every day and a lot of pain and then I noticed a huge difference after having a cup of tea the night before so I kept on having them and itâs still there but itâs considerably less and Iâm impressed and this is a good brand. Itâs clean brand. I did my research and 1010. I do recommend this is something I will always keep in my house and continue to use for my pain and inflammation thank you. You guys good job.

Really did improve sleep
I know I’ve had a good nights sleep when I wake up and my bedding isn’t a tangled mess. For that reason, I love this tea! That being said…it tastes awful…very bitter. Not mildly sweet or gently spicy. LOL. So after I steep it, I add coffee creamer and lemon extract. The I chill it and drink it cold right before bed. ZZZZzzzz…..

What happened?
My husband and I have been enjoying this tea for quite some time now. Had it auto-shipped every month. The beginning of January we received our order and got ready to drink it before bed as we have done since we began drinking it. It was disgusting!! I had a hard time getting the taste out of my mouth. We decided to order again thinking it was a bad batch. We just tried the new batch. Just as disgusting as the last. What the heck happened? We were very disappointed. This was such a good tea to drink before bed. We can’t return it. Such a disappointment.

If your tea is bitter, you might’ve gotten a bad batch
I’ve ordered this tea twice now. The first time, it was fine; it was drinkable and the flavor was mild. The tea was so bitter the second time around that I couldn’t drink it and I steeped it the same way I did the first time/followed the directions. I was able to steep TWO tea bags together the first round and was still able to drink the tea. For this second round, I couldn’t even drink with one tea bag steeped. I concluded that I probably got a “bad” batch as I’ve seen some reviews saying it was smooth and good while others said it was the most bitter tea they’ve had.
