This eye compress was recommended to me by a friend who has suffered from dry eyes for years and my optometrist concurred and added some lid massage exercises to the routine. The doctor said my tear ducts were clogged and this compress seems to have helped to unclog them. My eyes feel so much better and are much less dry and irritated than before.It’s easy to use and comfortable. You just briefly warm it up in the microwave (be careful of overdoing it!), place it over your eyes, use the velcro strap to hold it in place, and leave it on for 8-10 minutes.

I got this per Dr request for dry eye, to help soft the oil glands in my eyes to help lubricant my eyes. (I never knew this was a thing) and after about 5 minutes you can tell the product is working because your eyes get blurry, which means the oil in the glands are coating the eyes. Itâs also very relaxing. The moist heat feels wonderful and it stays warm for about 10-15 minutes. I really like it

Instant relief! I suffer from SEVERE dry eye for the last year, and have been on prescription eye drops and have done anything else possible to relieve this awful condition. So calming and soothing…I do heat it up for 30 seconds (no problem) and it does stay warm for about 10 minutes and if I want to go longer then I just heat it back up…..this mask is A MUST IF YOU HAVE DRY EYE!!!!!!!!! This is the 3rd one I’ve bought. I used other less efficient brands before with disappointment. After using this brand I bought one for my husband and another for my friend suffering from dry eye. Not all of us can withstand moist compresses. This works great without moisture. Feels soothing when heated. I would highly recommend.

Misleading description
Misleading description for this item. It is advertised as a “moist heat” compress while in fact it is only moist if you buy their additional box of single use, moist toweletts for almost twice the price as the compress itself. Disappointing. The heat compress itself is very good as it holds the heat longer and is more convenient than using just a wet washcloth.
