Great Addition to your Supplement Stack
I have only been taking this product for about a week alongside some Lions Mane and Ashwagandha, but I can already say you can feel the effects in your everyday life. I struggled to get the motivation to do daily tasks like cleaning my room and kitchen due to burnout, however after taking these, they give you a mind clarity that makes you physically want to get basic stuff done. Didnât work for me
Got these because they are supposed to help people with adhd but I took 2 months worth and they did nothing for me. I guess Ginko is really good for your brain but I ended up needing prescription medication so I decided not to take this anymore. Every one is different though so it might have better effects on someone else:)
