I was pregnant when I started using these and the blue raspberry tastes amazing and helps so much with hydration during pregnancy and postpartum! A little pricey but I think itâs worth it for the benefits! The other flavors are not great but will recommend this one all day!

This has been a lifesaver saver during my pregnancy. I hate water and this with crushed ice tastes like a sonic blueberry lemonade slush. For the quantity itâs very affordable. It dissolves easy, tastes great, easy to use, helps me feel better throughout the day, and very effective.

Great taste!
This has a few grams of real sugar plus stevia in each packet, so it doesnât have that strong sugar substitute taste. It tastes like a bomb pop and it way better than the strawberry kiwi flavor. I add one packet to about 24 ounces of water and mix with a frother, Iâve never had any issues with it being grainy. Itâs definitely helped me stay more hydrated while nursing and pumping!

Great drink option!
Overall I would recommend this product! Only thing Iâm not a fan of is it occasionally has that âfake sugarâ taste and some of the powder doesnât fully dissolve. If you use cold water and mix really well, it tastes better and dissolves better. I got the blue raspberry lemonade flavor and I like it! Itâs good for working out, pregnancy when itâs really how out, or to make sure your body gets enough hydration while nursing. Good quality and value.

Gave me a severe headache.
The flavor was good but these gave me a MASSIVE headache every time I drank them. Not even ibuprofen would touch it. I’ve never had an electrolyte drink do that to me before. I had to throw the rest of them away. Made me really sad because I love the BOOBIE brand and was really excited to try these.

I got the berry lemonade after reading reviews. I was interested in the green apple but didn’t find many reviews on it. And I’m allergic to kiwi so that flavors out. One review claimed it tasted like a rocket pop and I strongly agree with that statement as long as it was ice coldEdited to add I got the sample pack from the company the green apple wasn’t appealing to me at all, left a awful taste in my mouth. I’ll stick with the berry lemonade just wish you got more then 15 for the price. Otherwise great and helps get me to drink more water.

The taste is just âokâ. I can taste the salt but it wasnât strong (much less than other companies). The actual flavor is odd and seems less water = more flavor. I did feel better after drinking in terms of hydration.
