Dangerous when Cooking –
Helps me fall and stay asleep with no after effects
Either you are open to homeopathics or you aren’t. However, a skeptic benefitted from this. (So no placebo effect happening.)I was skeptical but had difficulty staying asleep. Advil PM, Zquil, etc are ok for short term use and work well when sick for example but to help me sleep but not long term. A friend suggested I try this and it worked so well without any morning grogginess, I had found my long term option to help. I rely on this a few times a week and it helps a lot. I used to use a Hyland “Sleep” blend but cannot find it anymore. This is pretty close in efficacy.

These DO help me get back to sleep.
I sometimes have trouble getting back to sleep, I believe these DO help me get back to sleep. I go to sleep around midnight- up to sometimes 2 am. Then my first wake up is 3 am, (to pee) and every hour on the hour most nights. I wanted a non “drug” product for those nights when my mind starts racing and these tablets, which melt away (or you can chew) really seem to work well for me. So grateful I found these, thank you!

I am an advid user of Boiron products. Unfortunatly the Sleep Calm doesn’t help every time. Dissolves quickly and taste is pleasant not chalky, sharp or bitter.
