I have a 3 year old daughter who has been struggling with restlessness/restless legs. She was waking up multiple times through the night frustrated and crying because she couldnât get comfortable. I have tried everything to soothe her by trying different topical remedies and massages but it did not seem to work for her. I was exhausted and felt helpless. So I continued to research and came across this brand that made me feel confident in knowing the Ingredients are clean and NO MELATONIN. I bought this because I was looking for something without taste and that would actually work, to help get and keep my daughters on a schedule. These girls will stay up allll night and want to sleep all day. Luckily they go to private school online so they can do their work whenever they want, throughout the day. However… they have gotten accustomed to being on my schedule because I am always on the road and when I come home, they want to be awake to see me and spend time with me. So… I got this. Lol! Well… I gave one to my 14 and my 6 year old about an hour before I wanted them to be in bed and asleep…. and nothing. Nothing at all. I tried again the next night and again, nothing. So on the 3rd night, I tried yet again and still no results. This does not work. Or at least it doesn’t work for my girls. I have a very high tolerance when it comes to anything such as medication (which I refuse to take 90% of the time unless it is absolutely needed)… so I worry about my daughters and if they are the same as me. Or is that even possible? It was just a waste of money, honestly. Maybe, hopefully, it will work for you and/or your kiddos… but for me? Nothing.

I give to my 3 yr old and 6 yr old especially on nights theyâre a bit rowdy or when theyâre sick and having a tough time settling down. Iâm not sure if it is super effective or just a placebo. But regardless itâs flavorless and natural, bi I donât feel guilty for giving them something that will hurt them like melatonin in the long run.

i use these for my autistic kiddo, he’s 9 and i use 2-3 depending on the night. we have these on auto and i always recommend them to people. they’re gentle enough that the nights he doesn’t have them you can see his body is not dependent on it or anything. and no morning grogginess. they make bedtime easy for a sensory seeking hyperactive little man.

I am pleasantly surprised. My 3 year old has been having a lot of anxiety at bedtime. Screaming, crying, unable to settle even with me there. It was taking up to an hour to get her to sleep, and she panicked the wholentime. She had also been waking up 2-3 times each night. The last 3 nights I have giving her one of these about 15 minutes before I put her down, and she has been SIGNIFICANTLY more calm, and able to fall asleep within 15 minutes. She is also not waking up at night anymore. She doesn’t wake up tired either. I honestly did not think this would work, but it has.
