So helpful for bedtime!
My 3 year old has an over active imagination and runs anxious.Bedtimes were a mess, he doesn’t sleep through the night etc.Melatonin made him have worse nightmares and honestly I wasn’t a fan of dosing him with it often. I was that a loss what can I do to help him sleep better.I’ve done literally everything I can, Avoiding all screens, lavender spray, magnesium lotion, a really good bedtime routine, lots of play and connection with Mom and Dad, etc.I noticed that when he was sick, and I would give him Highlands night time cough and mucus medicine that he slept really soundly, and he didn’t have his night terrors. So I looked at the ingredients and learned that coffea cruda helps with over anxious minds. Well that is my kid. He is anxious!So I decided to get this and try it out. It worked like a charm.We give him 3 pellets 30 mins before bed and that really helps him calm down. He doesn’t have as many nightmares/terrors and when he talks in his sleep it isn’t always distressed/upset.Now sometimes he is still distressed at night. did not notice any help with sleep at all…if anything, it caused more anxiety, at least for me. Your usage may be different. I have been trying to get back to a normal sleep rythm and this was recommended. I read the reviews and thought that it could help. I noticed no helpful effect for what it is advertised to do.

I’ve been taking prescription sleeping pills for a long time and wanted to try something more natural- I did some research and found this product, I was hopeful it would help, but unfortunately, it really didn’t. Although it did calm my mind, it didn’t put me into a deep sleep. I was awake most of the night. I feel this may help some people who aren’t used to a stronger medication. The following day I did feel a little off, not sure if it was the product or if I was just overtired.
