Damaged travel case
Awesome product! One of the main reasons I purchased this item is because of the travel case. Unfortunately inside of my case was delivered damaged. The toothbrush âclampâ is broken so item will not be secure while in case.

I had been meaning to try an electric toothbrush for some time, but found this one on sale.It’s quite powerful if you’ve never used an electric toothbrush before! Best to avoid touching your teeth to the toothbrush ‘mast’ or it’ll be LOUD and unpleasant!6 Brushes should last at least 2 years – when the manufacturer recommends swapping out the toothbrush entirely as the motor will start to fade (his words).Since most of these don’t show the brush interface, this one seems to be quite similar to the Philips.

QUIT WORKING WITHIN 2 MONTHS!
It was a pretty good toothbrush until all of the sudden it just quit working within just 2 months of having it! It shows it is charging but will not turn on but it randomly has turned on while sitting on the counter while not being touched a few times since! Very disappointed – I even still have a few brush heads left I can no longer use since it doesnât work:(
