So far, I like it!
This Batana Oil so far is working well for my hair. I don’t have any dryness, build up or itchiness. The smell is very light and my hair bonnet I sleep in doesn’t have that oily smell either. My other favorite thing about this product is the long dropper. It is easy to use and fits in between my braids and holds a little more oil than the regular sized dropper. I haven’t been using the product long enough to talk about the growth or thickness of my hair, but I will do updates if I notice any extreme changes or lack thereof. I take Biotin, so that may distort the results a little, especially since my hair was shedding horribly until I started the Biotin vitamins, but I will still give updates if I notice an extreme difference or lack thereof. Better for hair oiling
I was caught off-guard because of this oil’s low viscosity. On my first hair oiling (like a mask but for your hair), I used 2 pumps and it leaked out of my hair cap in the morning. Fortunately, the stain was not visible and was very easy to clean off.This is a better version of banana oil since it’s more watery and thus easier to absorb and apply. This means you can use it for overnight oiling, adding shine and moisture on the go, or mixing it in your lotion or hair products. The two smaller bottles with applicator lids are a great help if you intend to use it on your lash, brow, or hair lines.I love how the herbal, refreshing, distinctive smell of batana oil is diluted to a more comfortable level in this product. If you use half a pump of the included dropper as daily hair oil, it’s hardly noticeable unless someone put their nose on your hair. Also, a citrus perfume will completely mask the scent.Though much lower in viscosity, this product retains batana extremely oily properties. If you’re oiling with this you properly have to wash your hair in the morning depending on how much you use.I tried it on my hair, skin and lash with no reaction despite my sensitive skin.Overall, a total recommendation for hair oiling and hair care in general.

I am trying to fight some female pattern hair loss by paying attention to my scalp health. I am hoping this will be a helpful addition to my regimen. The ingredients are said to be helpful for hair growth, but that takes time to see. It does leave my hair looking wet and oily, so I put it on the night before I’m going to shower and wash it off in the morning.
