Helps me to fall asleep
Iâve been using Dr. Bachâs remedies for decades ! This one is helping me to fall asleep quickly , it gets sprayed on the tongue, works fast and can be used again if needed during the night! The ease of just using a couple sprays on the tongue makes it so easy, especially if needed to be used again in the middle of the night! Itâs very effective and fast acting. I donât mind the taste at all , itâs like all of Dr. Bachâs remedies and has an herbal taste! No bad smell! Very good product and good price as well !! I can highly recommend this product and have already given it to a friend for issues falling asleep and it has helped her as well !! I give this a 5 star review!!! A little goes a long way !!

Taste awful
When I sprayed it on my tongue, I felt like I was putting pepper all over my tongue it felt like my tongue was swelling, and that feeling didnât go away until the next morning so I hardly slept the whole night with that terrible taste in my mouth.

I have been using this product for a number of years along with the Stress Relief. It provides a gentle calming. The Sleep Spray helps to calm the anxiety and repetitive thoughts. I highly recommend it!
