Stress relief- lemon flavor
I have struggled with anxiety my whole life and have found it difficult to regulate my emotions causing me a lot of stress. Iâve always been opposed to the thought of being put on medication for it because of personal reasons, so finding a natural solution has always been a goal of mine. When I first tried this product I immediately felt a sense of calmness. Itâs helped me so much to stay focused and stress free. Bach Rescue Remedy Natural Stress Relief.
Taste was great like lemon drops and not hard neither as some claim, It could be the cover their referring to. It is an interesting cover. You push on the center and it opens and locks into place when you put on and the air is increased inside of the tin. I think there is directions that come with it and likely some may have thrown it away. It too, me a bit to figure things out putting the cover on and removing it and I was mainly interested after reading one review how the cover comes off in her purse. I hate that sort of thing, so I wanted to figure it out in a hurry so that didn’t happen to me. So back to the product. It is delicious, but didn’t really do anything for me, except to give me hope. I did order the liquid drops at the same time and those came after the fact so I gave those a try and they worked really well. These were expensive candy for me. I tried 4 of them and nothing. But because I had the other ordered and some reviewer said that the drops worked better, I decided to at least try the drops and it did work. So this may only work on very mild stress, but the drops work on much greater stress like Anxiety, Depression, Menopause, Upsetting Moments with the King of the Castle, you know….. I say go forget the candy unless you want to tempt your child for good behavior and go straight for the drops. That is my personal opinion and neither product was I compensated for. But I am glad I tried the drops.

A good natural approach to lessen anxiety
I purchased these lemon Rescue Pastilles to take on an international trip where I would be in tight spaces for long periods, including planes, cable cars and subways. It did help with anxiety that arises from claustrophobia, while not a big notice in relaxation it helped to keep mild anxiety from intensifying. The tin has a creative lid that opens by pressing your thumb in the middle for the sides to pop up, then pinching both sides of the lid will close it. The seal is tight and prevents contents from spilling. The pastille itself has a light, not tart lemon flavor and is a soft yet firm gummy texture that rests comfortably in the mouth. Very easy to access in the tin, good quality, and offers mild anxiety relief, but not intended for pain relief.
