Great!
Go to non toxic sunscreen! Great value. I am very pale and this leaves a little white cast but I just rub it in.

Tried + tested on Caribbean vacation
First let me start by saying I have an inflammatory condition so I needed a sunscreen that didnât contribute to making my symptoms worse like many of the other sunscreens with harsh chemicals. This sunscreen is phenomenal! We just got back from a week in the Caribbean sun in Antigua/Barbuda, and I did not burn once! But there are some key things you must know before buying so that you can apply it properly and get the best protection. First, you must shake the can for about 20 seconds before each use. This way it mixes the sunscreen and applies it correctly. If you spray it and it comes out clear you have not shaken it up enough. It should spray solid white. Second, rub it in quickly after you spray it because it dries fast. Note that this does leave a white cast, but itâs not as bad as everyone says. I have light olive skin (half Hispanic, half white) and I tan easily but I also burn easily. When I applied it, it went on white but I just took the time and rub it in really well. The white cast will fade a little once it dries but it will also sit on top of the skin which is helpful to know when you need to re-apply. I applied in the morning about 20 min before getting in the sun. *Apply before putting on your swim suit! If it gets on your swimwear, it will leave white marks*. The sunscreen stayed on through pool and ocean use without rubbing off. I only needed to reapply on the tops of my shoulders once in the afternoon. Also, this is not to say that you wonât burn. While I was in the intense sun, I also spent time in the shade throughout the day just to make sure I was giving my skin breaks from the heat. But for being in the sun like I was, I am VERY impressed with this sunscreen. And for it only being spf 30, it protected me better than expected in the harsh Caribbean sun. I usually come home from vacations with a little burn but absolutely none this time! Just be sure to take time to apply it correctly and you should be good! Iâd rather have a slight, minimal white cast than be burnt and miserable. Itâs worth it! Iâll be using this stuff from now on.

Great sunscreen, but watch out for overspray.
Great sunscreen – it really works when applied. I swim outdoors at mid day – in Florida – and this keeps me protected. One caution – overspray and staining on outdoor cushions. My son sprayed this inside his car and it coated the interior in a way that is nearly impossible to wash off. It also ends up on my boat cushions and even the map screens. Itâs just awful on anything that isnât your skin.

This stuff RULES
Iâve been allergic to chemical sunscreens since the first time my parents put one on me when I was 6mos old. I was born in 1992. Back then, no one made a waterproof zinc oxide formula. I was resigned to rubbing white crap all over my skin only to have it wash off immediately upon entering the water until I was about 16years old and got my hands on Blue Lizard. Unfortunately, that stuff was expensive AF. More recently Iâve been using Neutrogena Sheer Zinc, which is a good lotion sunscreen but it takes FOREVER to rub in and still leaves a white cast.I recently learned that they now make spray zinc sunscreens and this was the top reviewed one. It is 100% WORTH THE MONEY. I shake the can vigorously, spray about 6 inches from skin, and rub in much more quickly than any lotion sunscreen. Yes, it provides great protection too!! I spent all yesterday in the sun and pool, only applied twice and barely got any color let alone burned.Im just so amazed at how far zinc products have come⦠I absolutely love this spray zinc sunscreen. It feels more lightweight than any zinc formula Iâve ever used. It still does leave a bit of a white cast (come on people, itâs a physical blocker, it kind of has to) but not nearly as bad as lotion zinc options. This is now the only sunscreen I will use. 100% worth the money. Thank you Babo for creating such a great product.

Great convenient nontoxic spray sunblock option that really works!
I am very serious about nontoxic products for my family, particularly for my young children. I also insist on sunscreen almost every day. The unfortunate thing is that I really dislike actually applying sunscreen! lol! I don’t mind on normal mornings (and we usually use the Green Screen Organic Sunscreen SPF 32 Original – Vegan – Gluten-free or Babo Botanicals SPF 40 Daily Sheer Facial Sunscreen, Unscented), but when we are on the go or at the beach, I wanted to make it as easy as possible to apply. We bought this for a beach getaway over the summer and it really surprised me. It is an easy application (shake, spray, rub) and it really worked. Two children and two adults used this on the entire body and face along with some extra stick protection on the face. I reapplied a few times, but not religiously and no one got a burn… no one really even got a tan. It says that it is sweat and water proof up until a certain point and I believe it really is because we were in scorching heat on the beach (in the water too) and no one had any issues. The great thing is that it really did make application easy so I think we reapplied more appropriately than we would have with a regular tube of sublock. I am not experienced with spray sunblocks so I cannot compare with others, but I believe it is similar. Note, since this is a nontoxic sublock that is zinc based, it does go on white and also sprays whatever it gets on white, but I didn’t have any problems. It rubs in very easily and seemed to come off of carpet, clothes, etc. very easily as well. This is now a regular go-to for us even on non-beach days.

Leaves horrible white cast
You have to shake this product before use if you don’t you’re under the illusion that it’s clear and blends into the skin. It leaves a horrible white cast. I had to throw it away.
