My Cavapoo loves peanut butter, and the flavoring in this toothpaste works. You can’t go wrong with Arm and Hammer. She jumps up onto the bed at bedtime, ready to get her teeth brushed. I brush one side, put more toothpaste on the brush, and brush the other side. She loves to chew on the brush with the toothpaste. Her teeth are sparkly white and no breath problems. I highly recommend this toothpaste â in fact, I bought two extra boxes to have on hand.

One of our local rescue personnel recommended this brand of toothpaste. She said she uses it and her dogs have great dental checkups. I trust the Arm and Hammer name. I went with the peanut butter flavor because I’ve never had a dog that didn’t love peanut butter, until now. Well, she like PB, but not this flavored toothpaste. Even when I just put it on her chew toy, she isn’t interested. Hopefully she will grow to tolerate it and even like it with more time. It’s a BIG tube and will last a long time for our little dog.

Itâs also very easy to use, I donât exactly brush my dogs teeth, but I put this toothpaste in the crevices of his chewing bones and he really enjoys it. As a toothpaste for our Italian Greyhound (of all the different breeds, they really need their teeth brushed regularly – believe me) this product works great. My only concern was when I inadvertently passed my metal detector over this plastic tube by accident and the detector went crazy. It was purely accidental but what did they put in a plastic tube that would affect a metal detector like that? Somethings just not right with that. Try it out yourself if possible and please post a reply if you figure it out.I would love to hear from the company about this one too
