Thank you Ark for this product. It does exactly what it is meant to do. We have a diabetic older dog who is super fussy ð. Our dog is on special diet because of DM and her breath was AWFUL. Got these and after 1 months of daily treats her nasty ass breath was gone and teeth seemed cleaner so away go the toothbrush battles. This is well worth buying, dogs enjoy the taste and they think it’s a treat. I’m going to subscribe for a discount in price, so worth it and it doesn’t mess with my dogs blood sugars ,YAY

Works well for my older dog who hates brushing.
The older my dog gets, the harder it is to keep her teeth clean. I find these to be helpful although they are a bit larger than I would like.

My 9lb dog doesn’t have a lot of teeth and can still eat these! We’ve tried OraVet and she’ll sometimes eat those too, but she definitely likes these better since they’re easier to chew. Ark Naturals are softer, but I would still buy OraVet in addition to these just because they’re cheaper overall. OraVet is once per day with 30 per bag. Ark Naturals is twice per day with an unspecified number of dental treats. The bag says 12oz and I haven’t kept track of how many we’ve given her. Maybe 30-35 total? Either way, this is the only dental treat my nearly toothless dog won’t turn down. It’s a great product, will definitely be buying again soon.

This product states Soft on package. But they are not!Have break up with knife for my 12 year old Yorkie. I will say she eats the pieces and breath seems better but are they real effective in pieces?

Soft chews
I have 4 dogs and none of them would even try it. They smelled it and turned their heads away. I wish someone would have said this in reviews. It was a huge waste of money and I had to just throw it away.Iâm sorry to the manufacturer. It seemed so perfect for my dogs. Iâm sorry it wasnât okay for my dogs. It would have been nice. Also please know theyâre as hard as a rock and not soft chews at all as advertised. ð

Harder than expected
Based on another buyer’s review, I got these because one of my dogs has few teeth and I thought they would be soft. They are not what I would call soft, could barely break them with my fingers. Not going to work for us.

All three of our dogs love these. Not too hard for our elderly girl & her sensitive mouth. Not too soft & crumbly for our quick chewer. Not too big for our Chihuahua. These are the only treats that we can just give straight out of the bag to all of our digs without double checking the size or making adjustments to the size. That gives them extra value when weâre just tired & want to get on with bedtime routine.Also we have had really good dental exams for the last two years since we started using these most days as well as some of the others from this company on occasion. Even our most recent addition showed improvement in the months between his adoption & his first dental so he only lost 3 teeth that were just too far gone. I had worried it would 4-6 when we got him.They donât smell bad. I donât feel that these have much smell in comparison to so other dentals. They donât stain furniture or carpeting. They have proven ingredients.Iâve been using various dental products from this company for many years so I trust their quality & safety.
