I re-ordered this product, however, the 2 packages of straps I did open before calling customer service were melted and the blue light mouth device did not turn on. I purchased two of these kits. One came with a dead battery. Might not get refund.
I purchased two of these. The whitening light came with a dead battery on one of them. The other one was fine. I contacted customer service about the issue. This item isn’t returnable. I finally received a refund for the defective one, but the customer service person said this was a one time exception. Just know, you may not get a refund, even if it is a defective item.

I tried a few different whitening kits but so far this has given me the best results with in each use! Itâs whitens, isnât sensitive to my teeth, and doesnât have a strong taste. This is my go to whitening kit!
