I carry this with me everywhere – something new every time I pick it up!
I absolutely love this book! My boyfriend and I spent a weekend at the beach (yes, with sunscreen) just quizzing each other back and forth about all the new things we needed to try and so much we didn’t already know. I’m working on adopting 10 new habits that I learned from this book and once I’ve got those down, will pick 10 more. This author has done her homework, the book is filled with great and very actionable advice! Highly recommend!

I loved this book! I learned so many new things to prevent aging and to look and feel my best. It is the kind of book you will refer back to later. The information is short and sweet, but there are websites mentioned if we want to dive deeper. I recommend it for easy, non-surgical, ways to slow the aging process.

Book had an Ollies store tag on it and came with multiple bent pages in the book, marker on the pages and has dust and dirt all over it not worth your money
